WHAT: The 9th annual Grand Chefs Gala ? Passage to India ? will recreate the glamour and sophistication of Bollywood in the gorgeous Fairmont Chicago hotel.

Featuring hors d?oeuvres prepared and presented by Chicago?s finest chefs, a four course gourmet dinner prepared by Fairmont chefs from around the world and dessert delicacies created by Chicago?s illustrious pastry chefs, live and silent auctions, entertainment by Energy Productions and the late-night ?Last Dance? afterparty, the Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Grand Chefs Gala is the must-attend event of the season

This year, Grand Chefs Gala will continue to recognize Chicago?s best and brightest chefs with the annual Jean Banchet Awards for Culinary Excellence.
