'Experience Breema' Open House in Sebastopol April 28, 2013

This event includes a chance to receive a bodywork mini-session and attend a 1-hour introductory class.

Experience the nourishing and energizing effect of Breema on body, mind, and feelings.

Learn Self-Breema exercises and nurturing Breema bodywork to practice with family & friends. This event is a practical introduction to Breema's Nine Principles of Harmony.

The bodywork is done fully clothed. No prior bodywork experienced is needed, but please be comfortable sitting, kneeling, and working on a padded floor.

Class: 1:30-2:30
Sessions: 1:00-1:30 & 2:30-3:00
