Westminster College presents a lecture by General (Ret.) Barry McCaffrey, "Leadership of Complex Organizations." Barry McCaffrey served in the United States Army for 32 years and retired as a four-star general in 1996. He was the most highly decorated serving general, with two Distinguished Service Crosses, two Silver Stars, and three Purple Hearts. For five years after leaving the military, McCaffrey served as the nation's "Drug Czar," the cabinet officer in charge of U.S.drug policy.
