Karla Williams is President and Founder of Karla & Co, a media firm whose publications include Remarkable Woman Magazine, The Biz Chicks, a popular national blog addressing issues concerning business women. Her firm helps companies of all sizes take their advertising and marketing messages to women in print, online and in person.

Prior to relocating to Chicago and forming her current firm, Karla founded and operated for 17 years a staffing firm headquartered in Washington, DC that had yearly revenues in excess of $6M. There she was the recipient of numerous small business awards from the Small Business Administration, the Department of Transportation and the Minority Supplier Development Council.

Karla is a frequent speaker on the power of networking, succeeding in business, and how to take your company’s message to female consumers through advertising and in-person marketing activities. She is the author of one business fable entitled “Birth of a High Performance Sales Team” and is working her second business fable about the power for women helping women.

Passionate about networking, Karla also serves as the Managing Director for eWomenNetwork in Chicago where she teaches business women how to network effectively in the North and Northwestern suburbs.
