Speaker: Laura Steck, President, Executive Coach, and licensed psychotherapist has worked with the Growth & Leadership Center for over 20 years. She teaches leaders in all size companies how to handle conflict resolution, business planning and managing their staff. Laura has written two business books. Her first book with Jean Holland's "Same Game Different Rules" helps women master the 25 Success Rules to the glass ceiling. Her latest book co-authored with Jean Holland is called "Approachability-The Key to Influencing Others". NBC News raised Laura as a stimulating messenger for leadership skills in the workplace.
