“Urinetown” begins with a friendly welcome from our narrator, Officer Lockstock. Officer Lockstock (David Blumenstock) and the adorable moppet Little Sally (Rachel Graham) fill us in on the back story. As the result of a terrible water shortage, private toilets have become unthinkable and all restroom activities are handled through a private corporation! This hilarious comedy features a satirical look at the corporate world, incorporating sight gags and parodies of musical theatre conventions, in general, and Les Miserables, in particular, and makes jokes that poke fun at the show itself. Follow us to a funny, foreboding future filled with ...symbolism - where public bathrooms are controlled by private business, and where it has now become a privilege to pee!

The cast includes Brad Wagner (Bobby Strong), Rebecca Donnella (Hope Cladwell), Richard Beall (Caldwell B. Cladwell), Donna Worley (Penelope Pennywise), Gregg Dudding (Officer Barrel), Ken Paul (McQueen), Alissa Tegeder (Senator Fipp), Cody Robinson (Old Man Strong/Hot Blades Harry), Ami Hall (Josephine Strong/Old Woman), Matthew D. Cahill (Robby the Stockfish/UGC 2), Kellie Stern (Soupy Sue/Cladwell's Secretary), Brian Sides (Tiny Tom/Dr. Billeaux), Juliette Petersen (Little Becky Two Shoes), Josh Holcomb (Billy Boy Bill/UGC 1) and Ensemble members Sonsharae Tull and Devon Moody.

“Urinetown, The Musical” was produced on Broadway in September 2001 by the Araca Group and Dodger Theatricals in association with TheatreDreams, Inc. and Lauren Mitchell. It ran on Broadway through January 18, 2004, closing with a total of 25 previews and 965 performances. In 2002, the musical was nominated for a whopping nine Tony Awards©, winning three, for Best Director, Best Original Score and Best Book of a Musical.
