Weekend 1: Time
Saturday, June 10: 2 pm and 8 pm, and Sunday, June 11: 2 pm
On the first weekend, we will present intersections of the past, present, and future, and explore the interlocking rhythms of history. We plan to highlight aspects of how cultures and dance traditions are passed on, and stay vital through generations, intertwined with the changing times.

Weekend 2: Place
Saturday, June 17: 2 pm and 8 pm, and Sunday, June 18: 2 pm
The second weekend will explore where dances and dancers come from, where they are now, and where they are going. We will focus on the importance of place and the role of dance in maintaining and expressing culture and identity. We plan to touch upon what it is that makes a place sacred, what is the sense of home and homeland, and how dance transcends borders and geographic and political boundaries.

Weekend 3: Spirit

The third weekend will focus on the spirits of the dance, land, and people. We will explore dance that lives at intersections of the human and spirit worlds.
