Estate Planning changes you should know about March 18, 2010

The Providence Marianwood Foundation on March 18, 2010, will present a workshop on estate planning strategies. Estate tax rules are changing. Are your estate planning strategies keeping up? The free event, featuring Jennifer L. King of Somers Tamblyn King PLLC law firm on Mercer Island, will address the following issues:
* What do you need to know about estate tax law to transfer what you want, when you want, to whom you want as smoothly and tax-efficiently as possible?
* What is unique about current tax and estate laws for 2010 and beyond?

* What are savvy strategies for wealth transfer and charitable gifting?
