About the Presenters
Sara Wells is a senior consultant in Hay Group's San Francisco office. She works with boards and senior management teams to assess and design programs that support their business strategy and corporate culture. This work includes designing executive compensation programs, analyzing jobs and compensation structures, performing market analysis and linking individual and business performance with rewards. In addition to Sara's work in the rewards practice, she also supports clients in assessing organizational effectiveness including design and analysis of organizational structures for improved business performance. Sara holds an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bucknell University.

Joe McNeal is a reward consultant in Hay Group's San Francisco office. In this role, he helps clients with compensation practices, organizational alignment, and performance management. Joe works with a broad range of organizations including privately owned companies, public/government organizations, publicly traded companies, and not-for-profits. Joe helps clients design compensation systems and build organizations that meet critical business needs. Joe holds a Master of Science from the London School of Economics, and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
