EPWN-London and Capability Jane are pleased to co-host a stimulating debate on Flexible Working in London on October 12th.

This event will feature a debate, but no ordinary debate. Two teams will be pitting their wits against each other using the Pecha Kucha (“chatter”) format.
Proposing the motion to convince us that Flexible Working Arrangements work will be a team led by Ciaran Rowsome - Managing Director of Multitime. Debating against the motion will be a team led by Anne Storey, CEO of Personnel Dynamics.

Following the quick fire debate we will throw the issues out to the floor in a mini - workshop. Together with Capability Jane and Lucy Daniels of Working Families we will work through the pros and cons and key considerations for different flexible working arrangements. This should be a very interactive event giving men & women who are thinking about negotiating flexible working agreements plenty of food for thought.

This debate is an opportunity for you to:
Understand the benefits of establishing Flexible Working Arrangements to the organisation.
Be able to successfully differentiate between flexible working solutions.
Be equipped to overcome challenges to your request to work flexibly.

Attendees must register via: http://epwn.infinvision.com/october_12_2010/
