Entrepreneur Biz-o-metrics - How Ready Are You? October 24, 2006

This highly interactive workshop gives an introduction to the essential aspects of business in the context of China and it is designed for business people in the early stage of their venture. "Biz-o-metrics" is a term coined by the facilitator to describe the measurable indicators that many entrepreneurs all too often overlooked. Biz-o-metrics will help you get an overview of the issues of running a business including areas such as human resource, cultural factors, marketing & sales, suppliers, partners...etc. You will get to build up a relevant framework of business metrics and get well prepared to focus on the challenges ahead.

The facilitator for this workshop is Laurence Lau. He had worked for years in multinational corporations with overall P&L responsibility and also started companies in Malaysia and China as an entrepreneur. He works now in Shanghai as an executive coach to MDs/ GMs of international companies as well as a business consultant in areas of Human Resource and General Management.
