In her litigation practice, she has defended employers in state and federal courts, arbitral forums, as well as agencies against various employment claims ranging from harassment to trade secret violations.

Brian K. Nagatani is a partner at Hixson Nagatani LLP in Santa Clara, California. He provides preventive counseling to employers on a broad range of issues including hiring and termination decisions and personnel policy decisions.
