About the Presenters
Seth Neulight of Nixon Peabody LLP focuses his practice on labor and employment litigation and counseling matters. He represents employers in a broad range of industries including health care, higher education, energy, consumer products, and technology. He litigates employment disputes in state and federal courts, and in arbitrations, ranging from individual suits alleging wrongful termination, discrimination and retaliation, to complex wage-hour class and collective actions. He provides counsel on workplace issues such as employee discipline and misconduct investigations, layoffs, wage-hour laws, restrictive covenants, employee privacy, disability accommodation, and leaves of absence.

Jeffrey M. Tanenbaum, Partner, Labor & Employment Practice Leader, Nixon Peabody LLP chairs the firm's labor and employment practice group and the firm's national Occupational Safety & Health (OSHA) team. He represents employers in employment and labor relations litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Mr. Tanenbaum has extensive experience in, and has written and lectured on, OSHA, Cal-OSHA, MSHA, discriminatory and negligent hiring, wrongful termination, employment discrimination, collective bargaining, and arbitrations.
