Eleni Mandell, Taxicab Racers: Nightfall Concert Series July 24, 2009

Hailing from Los Angeles, this singer-songwriter brings her richly imaginative lyrics and soft, breathy vocals to the stage. Mandell, who cites Tom Waits as her biggest influence, has been praised by critics for her talent and diverse recording styles, including folk, jazz, alternative and country.

Featuring a wide variety of headline performances by world-class musicians from around the globe every Friday evening from May 22 (Memorial Day weekend) through September 25 at Miller Plaza.

Shows begin at 7:00 PM with a local opening act, followed by the evening's headline performer at 8:00 PM.
