Krauss, director of the Center for Education and Research in Cosmology and Astrophysics at Case Western Reserve University, is the author of seven popular books including The Physics of Star Trek and Atom. His presentation is a lay person’s introduction to some history of cosmology and the implications of recent measurements from as far as we can see into the universal, which help us understand its life cycle.
