Einstein on the Beach is an opera by the legendary Philip Glass. The much anticipated Parts 1 & 2 are brought to you by the same award-winning partnership of Leigh Warren & Dancers and Adelaide Vocal Project that presented Einstein on the Beach Parts 3 & 4 in 2004.

Exploring the properties and mysteries of the "fifth Element" - light, Einstein on the Beach is an experimental blend of contemporary dance, opera and scientific theory and a symbolic look at Einstein in his varying guises - scientist, humanist and musician. It's minimalist, abstract and a work of immense hypnotic power.
