Born and raised in San Francisco? Come celebrate your roots at the Eighth Annual San Francisco Jamboree! This festive event offers a unique opportunity for San Francisco natives to reminisce, reconnect and perhaps bump into an old friend, neighbor or who knows, maybe even a highschool sweetheart! There are many San Francisco celebrations but this is the only homecoming celebration devoted to those born or raised in "The City." Event includes a cocktail reception, delicious three course sit down dinner, dancing, and entertainment. Entertainers: pianist, Sandra Cordoni, author, Francine Brevetti, dancers, The Grant Avenue Follies, chanteuse, Kathy Holly, mentalist, Peter Kim, vocalist, Debra Mugnani, dancer, Ivy Tam and magician,Tamaka. Masters of Ceremonies is Doris Grover. This year's Hall of Fame winner is humanatarian, Cynthia Yee. Previous winners include Herb Caen and Honorable Jackie Speier, Fire Chief Joanne Hayes White, Police Chief Heather Fong and Bob Sarlatte.

This year's Rollicking Roaring Twenties Theme will bring some fun surprises. Be transported through time as you peruse this landmark hotel's gallery of oldtime SF photos. The Whitcomb was City Hall after the '06 quake. Costumes not required but will be admired!

Proceeds from the silent auction benefit La Casa de las Madres, www.lacasa.org, a 35 year old organization that provides expert domestic violence intervention and prevention services to over 60,000 Bay Area residents each year.
