Organizations all over the world host edible book shows. The idea, first conceived by Judith Hoffberg, a California-based publisher, curator and art critic, has spread rapidly. Book artists and food lovers from places such as France, New York and Australia participate in making edible books every spring. Edible book making participants are encouraged to make books out of any type of food. Your creativity and ingenuity should know no limit! Books can be decorated with anything from Twizzler Pull and Peels to images made from food coloring, animal crackers... you name it, the possibilities are endless.
