Eden Medical Center's Run to the Lake July 8, 2007

Both loop courses start and finish at Eden Medical Center and run up to Lake Chabot. The 5K turns back, and the 10K enters the park and runs up the West Lake trail before returning down to the start. Big fitness and health expo and live music at the Medical Center with kids 50yd dashes (ages 3-8.) Fees TBD
