Ed Ruscha: Road Tested March 5, 2011

Since Ruscha's first road trip from Oklahoma City to Los Angeles in 1956, the artist has continued to engage the images he has encountered along the roads of the western U.S. Consisting of approximately 75 works, this exhibition will track key images inspired by his admitted love of driving. The collection will include some of Ruscha's iconic paintings as well as some of his most famous books.
