This month's speaker is Dave Rochlin, Founder of Climate Path. He is former COO of TransFair USA (the US Fairtrade certifier) and started a new 'hybrid' social venture (ClimatePath - www.climatepath.org) to provide tools for creating action and awareness around climate change, and a transparent alternative marketplace for carbon offsets and projects, particularly those with rural social and biodiversity preservation goals (e.g. forestry and "fair trade" carbon). They want to make offsetting work by applying the principles of fair trade to the carbon markets.

EcoTuesday is a forum for sustainable business leaders to come together to network, collaborate, and engage with one another in a structured environment. Each month EcoTuesday features opportunities for sustainable business leaders to network and learn about current issues from an innovative speaker and from one another.

During the introduction circle, all participants share one sentence about their business and a passion or interest around sustainability, which provides participants an opportunity to learn about each other and focus their networking for the rest of the evening.
