Echoes of Utah March 17, 2013

This concert features world premieres by two of the most distinguished composers in Utah, Morris Rosenzweig and Miguel Chuaqui. Utah soprano Celena Shafer, who sang Stravinsky's The Nightingale to critical acclaim recently in Carnegie Hall, joins us for works by Stravinsky and Faur?. Utah Symphony Concertmaster Ralph Matson and former NOVA Artistic Director Barbara Scowcroft collaborate with colleagues from the Utah Symphony in the Tchaikovsky Souvenir de Florence.
