"Speak Up and Speak Out" is about how the importance of getting your message out to many different audiences. In this virtual world, when you may be working with teams across many different geographic regions, it is critical to let people know who you are, what you do and how you do it. Unfortunately many of us focus on the task at hand and pay little if any attention to the art of self promotion. During this presentation you will why it is essential to learn to self promote, practical ways to help you speak up, and tips on how to get support and buy-in for your ideas.

Speaker Bio
Lynn Walker, Ph.D., has more than 30 years experience as a corporate executive, consultant and executive coach. She has worked with executives in Fortune 500 corporations helping them develop and hone their leadership skills. Her expertise includes: executive coaching, team development to create high performing teams, consultation and workshops on strategic planning and change leadership. She has created and facilitated seminars and delivered speaking engagements on such topics as the importance of developing strategic relationships, learning how to effectively communicate with different audiences, developing vision and mission statements, change management, and team building. Lynn is the CEO of the Lynn Walker Group, LLC, which specializes in leadership development and consultation, and executive coaching.
