Microsoft CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is Microsoft's platform for helping businesses and organizations excel at building strong relationships.

Microsoft CRM leverages the Microsoft technology stack and was written from the ground up using the .NET Framework. Come get a first-hand look at the functionality and customizability that Microsoft CRM provides "out-of-the-box", as well as receiving an introduction into extending the standard functionality using the Microsoft CRM SDK.

This event is for anyone who would like to be able to use Microsoft CRM3 for their Customer Relations Management whether big or small.

Speaker: Robert Kszan is the President and CIO of CRM Source, Inc. (www.crmsource.com). Robert has been involved with Microsoft CRM since the Alpha release of CRM 1.0 and holds certifications in all areas of the Microsoft CRM platform. Robert is also a a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), a Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), and was one of the founding members of the Bay Area .NET Users Group and of its C# Working Group. Robert's focus is in educating the community at large about the capabilities of Microsoft CRM, as well as providing innovative solutions to clients based on the Microsoft CRM platform and the Microsoft technology stack. Robert also has significant previous business management experience as an owner of an interactive media company in Canada.
