The Steps

This process comprises of three parts.

The first is being able to write down some scripts that you would require later on. The second part is meditation. And the third part is using the scripts that you have prepared once you are in the meditative state of mind. Try these steps out either before going to sleep at night, or the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning.

First of all, identify your targets and goals. Do you want to be more positive in life? Do you want to improve your communication skills? Do you want to be a good family man, a successful employee, or give up an addiction? Are there any health problems that you want to get rid of? And there are a huge number of other things that you can achieve through self hypnosis.

Once you recognize your goals, you need to come up with a script that tells your mind that you are achieving your targets. The script must sound very confident. If you are thinking about being a great speaker, use something like “I can speak like the finest orators that ever lived on this earth”, or something similar.

Meditation

The next step is to meditate. Once you are in the meditative state, and feel like you are in a trance, your subconscious mind becomes available to you for interaction. This is when you need to repeat the script you have written over and over again, slowly, and relaxed.

Try this for around 10 minutes every day, and you will start feeling the changes with time.

Make sure you carry out these steps somewhere peaceful, where you will not see any interruptions. This is one of the simplest ways to go for self hypnosis, and works great if you follow the steps accurately!
