Earth Hour 2009 aims to alert every individual, government and business to take responsibility of a sustainable future. World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) is one of the world’s largest and most respected independent conservation organizations working to stop the degradation of the planet’s natural environment, which it addresses through its work in biodiversity conservation and reduction of humanity’s ecological footprint.
