Dumpster Audit November 16, 2011

We will be conducting a dumpster audit on campus. We will sort through the trash in a few dumpsters, separating out the different types of materials. This will help us understand what type of waste we are producing, what kinds of things we are throwing away that could be recycled, and potentially help us make better purchasing decisions to reduce waste.

Volunteers are welcome and will be provided gloves and protective coverings to sort and weight the trash.
