The streets of Downtown Burbank will be haunted by thousands of little monsters in costume and scores of pet dogs decked out to the K-9s on October 31 from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M.

On that spooky night, kids will be trick-or-treating from store-to-store (accompanied by adults!), and dog-owners will be encouraged to bring along their favorite companion for a mutt-see Howl-oween Parade on the AMC Walkway. Downtown Burbank’s Halloween festivities are free and open to the public.
