Downtown Billtown Music Festival October 20, 2012

The Community Arts Center hosts a celebration of Billtown's diverse musical talents. Scheduled to perform are the Williamsport Jazz Orchestra, The Doug McMinn Blues Band, Kimberly Adair and Souful, Mallory Scoppa and the Tall Tales, Stained Glass Window and more.
