Sioux City Kid frontman Jared Griffin has clearly made more than one trip to St James Infirmary stopping at any number of crossroads and striking whatever Faustian bargain he could to get him further down that lost highway. At least that's one explanation of how he's able to completely abandon himself to his music.

Annie Girl and The Flight

When Annie Girl sings you can't help but listen and when you listen you can't help being drawn into the smoky haze of her songs. But you better pay attention, her brand of folk music is the kind that keeps a razor in it's boot.

I'll be playing my usual set to round out the night and there will of course be pot pies. Since they sold out last time it'll be beef burgundy again and for the vegetarians cauliflower and brussel sprouts in an onion sherry roux. Come early and stay late! Gonna be a great night.
