This exhibition will feature innovative social documentary-oriented work concerning the people and region of Greater Boston. This show is held in conjunction with the Boston University Art Gallery?s exhibition, A Photographic Portrait of Boston, 1840-1865 ( February 10 - April 2, 2006) and a juried regional BFA exhibition held at the 808 Gallery . All three exhibitions coincide with the College Art Association?s national conference , held in Boston, February 22-25, 2006. In celebration of CAA coming to Boston and 3 exhibitions of regional interest, the 808 Gallery, the BU Art Gallery, and the PRC?will host houses simultaneously on Thursday, February 23, 5:30-7:30pm. All galleries are located just across the street from each other at the BU West T-stop (or f-stop as we like to call it).
