Since 1978, D.O.A. has been a vehicle for the political rants and good-time philosophy of vocalist/guitarist Joe Keighley, better known to fans as Joey Shithead. Founded in Vancouver, the band had several early personnel shifts. Early members included bassist Randy Rampage and future Danzig drummer Chuck Biscuits before settling on a lineup that includes longtime guitarist Dave Gregg.
