Dixon Place hosts Carousel May 12, 2010

Wednesday, May 12th at 8:00pm, in The Lounge at Dixon Place, cartoonist R. Sikoryak will host Carousel, a series of cartoon slide shows and projected pictures accompanied by live narration. The night features caricatures from various comic strip makers, graphic novelists, visual artists, and luminaries from the downtown New York theater and music worlds such as Ann Decker, Patrick Hambrecht & John Mathias, Dean Haspiel, M. Sweeney Lawless, Jason Little, Neil Numberman and Doug Skinner.

Carousel is a blend of wildly creative imagery, mixed with live narration and occasionally accompanied by music and sound effects.
