神韻晚會是以中國古典舞為主軸，中國古典舞包括身韻、身法、技巧，有嚴格的身韻、身法訓練，和跳、轉、翻各類組合技巧與毯子功的高難度技巧的訓練，形成了一個龐大的舞蹈體系。其中，動作與動作之間的連接，最能體現出舞蹈要表演的內涵和韻味。
