To learn about your individual strengths and gain the most from this program, you have the opportunity to complete the TalentProfiler™ online assessment. This optional session pre-work is being offered to City of Experts program participants at a reduced rate of $35 per assessment and will be billed separately from your registration.

Upon receipt of your COE program RSVP, you will be emailed your code and specific instructions. The SRG TalentProfiler site will be open to program participants from –October 1-20th. Within 3 days of completion, a personal, in-depth report is prepared and sent to you describing your 12 most dominant themes along with suggestions for capitalizing upon your unique blend of talents in your everyday work. Plan to bring your printout to the program.

You will have the option to select one of 3 versions of the report--Sales, Manager, or General Employee.
