Some of Cleveland's finest comedians are showcasing their sketch-comedy talents. "Detention" will at 8 p.m. June 13 at the Powerhouse Pub. The show will feature a mix of live and video sketch comedy, along with stand-up and monologues. The subject matter is anything from pure and clean absurdist to biting political satire, from an Atheist summer camp to what people are really doing with their stimulus check.
"Detention" members are accomplished comedians and have appeared at the Cleveland Improv, Hilarities, and the Boston Comedy Festival. Their sketches have been featured on www.crackle.com (SONY), www.funnyordie.com and www.runawaybox.com (HBO).
