Decatur Celebration is the largest family street festival South of Chicago in Illinois, featuring national entertainment with more than 70 unique food items, 80 arts and crafts vendors, 40 commercial vendors, dozens of street attractions, and 11 show stages ... all centered in 20 city blocks of downtown Decatur, Illinois.
