On October 7, 2008 millions of viewers will tune into the second U.S. Presidential Debate. Where will you be? Join us at Mama’s Hot Tamales in Downtown Los Angeles on October 7th at 6:00pm for the Presidential Election Debate Watch Party, where we’ll hear Democracy roar on the big screen! Watch history in the making and set your intentions for how you'll put your values into action in the New Year.

Where: Mama’s Hot Tamales @ 2122 West Seventh Street (a half block west of Alvarado St., and directly across the southern border of MacArthur Park, Los Angeles, CA 90057. FREE PARKING @ 731 S. Lake (around the corner from Mama’s).

When: Tuesday, October 7th from 6:00pm 9:00pm (debate starts at 6pm sharp).

Parties will also take place in New York, San Francisco, Boston, Chicago and Washington, D.C. as we come together across the nation, one-thousand strong, to watch the debate. Events will include a combination of fantastic election games, a showcasing of local social justice opportunities, voter registration tables, and more!
