DC Mayoral Forum for the APIA Community June 1, 2006

Please join us for the first-ever DC Mayoral Forum for the Asian and Pacific Islander American community on June 1. The Forum will take place from 6:30 - 9:00 p.m. at Pierce Hall of All Soul's Church (1500 Harvard, Street, NW) in Washington, DC.

Hosted by the DC Coalition of Asian and Pacific Islander American Vote (APIAVote), this historic program will engage community members and mayoral candidates Michael Brown, Linda Cropp, Marie Johns, and Vincent Orange in a discussion about issues important to DC?s fastest growing community.

News broadcaster Mil Arcega will moderate the Forum, and Asians and others with a stake in local politics will be able to engage candidates and discuss the issues that affect Asian and other immigrant communities.
