Daughtry is a rock band from North Carolina, formed and fronted by Chris Daughtry. Singer Chris Daughtry was a fan favorite as one of the finalists on 'American Idol's' fifth season. After the competition, Daughtry was given a record deal and his 2006 self-titled debut sold over a million copies after just five weeks in release.
