Join us to celebrate Charles Darwin's 200th Birthday! Evolutionary activities for the kids and special speakers for the adults — winding up all together to sing Happy Birthday to Charlie Darwin! Fun, games, food and cake. Speakers for the grown-ups include: Arnell Dowret, host of Equal Time for Free Thought on WBAI and contributing author to Toward A New Political Humanism;
John Teehan, associate professor of philosophy at Hofstra University and author of The Evolutionary Basis of Religious Ethics; Rev. Tom Goodhue, Director of the Long Island Council of Churches and author of Curious Bones and two other books on evolution.
