Body Mechanics & Dancercise : The coolest way to sweat it out and work towards a well sculpted body. This class includes an extensive workout to music with energetic and heavy exercises like stretching, strengthening, flexibility improvement, toning and floor exercises. Dance nos. and repertoires add more spice to this class.

Hip-Hop : Hip- Hop dance refers to dance styles primarily danced to hip hop music, having evolved as a part of the hip hop culture. It is practised with various street dances combined with other dance styles. The style is not as thoroughly structured as some dance styles allowing students to interpret the moves in varied ways.

Modern Contemporary : Modern Contemporary is an apt class for individuals searching for inner peace and solace through the beautiful medium of dance and movement. This form of dance is characterized by its versatility and can be danced to almost any style of music or united with other dance forms to create new styles. Whereas I shall focus on Elements of Ballet and release techniques with creative movements and teach repertoires of different levels.

On each style there will be 8 hrs. Workshop divided into four days of 2 hours each.
