Dallas Startup Happy Hour July 21, 2008

I am pleased to announce the Dallas Startup Happy Hour. We will be hosting the Dallas Startup Happy Hour at the High Tech Bar in the INFOMART (I-35 and Oaklawn) between 5PM and 8PM.

Are you interested in connecting with the local startup community? We are working to build a vibrant startup community here in Dallas every bit as interesting and dynamic as San Francisco, Boulder, Boston or Austin. The first step is engagement. If you are an entrepreneur (future, current or past) you should attend. If you are working for a startup you should attend. If you are an angel investor or venture capitalists you should attend. If your primary objective is to sell stuff to startups and investors this event isn't really designed for you (unless you are just starting out). If you work for a Fortune 1000 company and have no intention of leaving your job to either join or start a company this event might not be for you. Get it?

This week drinks from 5PM-6PM are being sponsored by Ayoka (if you want to sponsor drinks let me know). If you get to the INFOMART early (4:30PM or so) feel free to stop by the Architel offices (suite 2022) and check out our new space (we are still moving in) as well as the Incredible Hulk (in our reception area).
