The 3-class series (also together at a reduced rate) will be taught by Parties That Cook Executive Chef, Tanya Rogow. Tanya has been cooking and teaching professionally for 10+ years. During her stint at the Food Network, she learned from chefs such as Wolfgang Puck, Bobby Flay and Emeril Lagasse. Her restaurant training is attributed primarily to Mitchell and Steven Rosenthal (of Town Hall fame) at Postrio restaurant.

Thanksgiving Desserts (November 15th)
At this exciting interactive cooking class, guests will create memorable Thanksgiving desserts beyond your average pumpkin pie. After learning new cooking techniques for the preparation of a range of Thanksgiving desserts, students will apply these skills hands-on, working in small groups to prepare the evening's mouthwatering Small Plates desserts menu. When the cooking is over, guests savor the 'fruits' of their labor hot from the oven!

This class features a Parties That Cook custom dessert menu and classic hands-on group cooking event experience.

Parties That Cook designs fresh seasonal menus for each event. Guests do not need cooking experience to attend. The price of admission includes cooking instruction by professional chefs, recipes using the finest, freshest ingredients, hard copies of the recipes for taking notes, electronic event photos, and the camaraderie of cooking with new friends! Water and sodas will be provided. If you'd like to enjoy wine during the class, please bring a bottle to share.

Do you have any dietary restrictions? Most of our menus are designed to include a few vegetarian dishes. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate substitutions. Please contact Parties That Cook in advance of purchasing if you have questions about the menu.
Cancellation Policy: TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. You may transfer to another class of equal or lesser value 14 days or more prior to the class. Under 14 days, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another name. NO REFUNDS.
