Creek Culture Camp

Children ages 6 to 12 are invited to attend the Creek Culture Camp hosted at Horseshoe Bend National Military Park in Daviston. Parents, guardians and group leaders must reserve space for their children or group by calling (256) 234-7111 between April 1 and June 1. This event is limited to 25 children per day and is free to the public. Children will learn arts and crafts and history. Events last from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Horseshoe Bend National Military Park is located in east central Alabama on Alabama Highway 49, just 12 miles north of the town of Dadeville. There are signs on U.S. Highway 280, Alabama Highway 49 and Alabama Highway 22 that direct motorists to park. For more information, contact (256) 234-7111.
