* learn somatic techniques to stay grounded and deal with the stress and anxiety of transition and transformation

This highly experiential workshop integrates creative expression, somatic techniques and practices such as journaling, grounding, guided imagery/meditation, movement, and other transformative practices. Participants will be offered mini-coaching sessions, partner work and lively discussion.

This workshop is appropriate for anyone who is walking the path toward a more meaningful career.

About the Facilitators:

Tarra Christoff helps individuals, groups and organizations realize their vision for catalyzing change in the world from a place of heart, soul and inspiration. Tarra has a masters degree in psychology. She has facilitated workshops for Omega Institute, Young Women Social Entrepreneurs, and The Bay Area Organizational Development Network.

Monika Broecker is the founder of the Center of Personal Growth (http://center4personalgrowth.com) and was trained in systemic family therapy both at the Mental Research Institute in Palo Alto, CA and the Brief Family Therapy Center in Milwaukee, WI. She has had a long-term career in leadership development and coaching, and built and led the School of Personal Growth at Google.
