Cre8Camp Meetup September 5, 2008

Good afternoon,

I’ve been trying to organize a followup to Cre8Camp that’s free, informal and open to anyone. My time was, unfortunately, very full—so I decided that the best time to do it would be the evening after Inverge (http://upcoming.yahoo.com/event/460704/) and before Cre8Con (http://upcoming.yahoo.com/event/781142/)—both of which I will attend (if I manage to get myself out of bed at 6 in the morning.)

The idea of this meetup: to encourage more dialogue between Cre8Campers and knowledge workers in Portland who “do it because they love it” in an open and relaxed environment.

This means that you get to forego the usual “networking” attitude in lieu of grabbing a pint and talking with someone who shares the same passion as you.
