Craftsmen's Christmas Classic Arts & Crafts Festival November 23, 2012

Hundreds of the country's finest artists and craftsmen will bring thousands of their original works to the Greensboro Coliseum Complex’s Special Events Center, November 23, 24 and 25, celebrating the best of "Made in America" at the 39th annual Craftsmen's Christmas Classic.

Voted "#1 Show" in North Carolina and a "Top 15 Show" nationwide in the prestigious Sunshine Artist magazine, the Christmas Classic showcases contemporary, traditional, functional, whimsical and decorative treatments of pottery, jewelry, glass, fine art, sculpture, furniture, clothing, toys, photography, metalwork, baskets, ornaments, wood, musical instruments, leathercraft and much more, including specialty foods.

The popular event, a Triad Thanksgiving weekend tradition, offers visitors endless choices for one-of-a-kind gifts, decorations, collections and personal treasures, plus the opportunity to meet the artisans, learn about the various creative processes and get expert tips and creative ideas for their best holiday celebrations.

Produced by the award-winning Gilmore Shows, the Craftsmen's Christmas Classic Art and Craft Festival will run Friday, November 23, 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.; Saturday, November 24, 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Sunday, November 25, 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. Admission will be $8 for adults and $1 for ages six through 12 and will be good for all three days with a free return pass.
