The Classic Dishes Revisited: Our Southern classics are well known - fried chicken, squash casserole, cornbread, collard greens, fresh field peas and red velvet cake, to name a few. European classics are famous for including escargot, pt, beef Wellington, duck l'orange, steak Diane, nicoise salad, baked Alaska, and more. Chef Miller will compose a tasting of his most-requested classics, including both European- and Southern-inspired recipes. In addition, he will be highlighting some of his current favorite new steakhouse classics. Chef will prepare four tastings of easy-to-replicate revisited classics, and prepare them for you one by one.
