"Cook. Eat. Drink. Live.” is for the modern food & wine enthusiast; a fresh, hot and modern take on the complete epicurean experience. This event takes place October 26-27, 2007 at Pier94 - NYC’s second largest event space.

Experience a main stage seating 500, featuring top culinary talents performing demonstrations on new culinary techniques (Featuring celebrity chefs such as Ilan Hall and Sam Talbot of Bravo’s Top Chef 2, and New York celebrity chef favorites Josh DeChellis, Sam Mason, Michael Laiskonis, Paul Liebrandt, Pichet Ong, Will Goldfarb, Franklin Becker, Julian Alonzo, Johan Svensson, George Mendes and more). Participate in hands-on workshops including “Flavors from Asia” with Brad Farmerie and “The Spice Lab” with Angelo Sosa.
EAT.

Learn to make sushi from the experts at Sushi Samba and sample over 25 heavenly dishes (per day) prepared by restaurants in the tasting pavilion. Our new products pavilion offers consumers the opportunity to interact with purveyors and sample cheeses, house cured meats, caviar including Tsar Nicoulai, spices, artisan olive oils, balsamic vinegars, desserts and more.
DRINK.

Sample over one hundred wines, beers, and spirits from around the world. Wines and seminars provided by our official Wine retailer, the Grape Exchange include Aging Wine Gracefully, Terroirs of Sangiovese, Piedmont Beyond Barolo, and Wines of Australia. Attend these focused wine tastings and meet the winemakers that bring the exquisite selections from vine to table. Learn about the growing trends in mixology with master mixologist Junior Merino (The Liquid Chef, Inc.) and Tad Carducci (Tippling Bros.). Enjoy a sake tasting with Paul Tanguay (Tippling Bros.) and how to flair bartend with Chris Cardone (Bartenders Academy of NY). Learn from the pros at Smith & Mills and Little Branch what makes their cocktails so extraordinary.
